Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • A valid order number or receipt is required

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Customized or gift-wrapped items

  • Clearance or final sale products

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange (same or similar value) if:

  • The product is unused and sealed

  • The request is made within 7 days

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of refund approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
